You can open up your bags at once by hitting  “Shift + b”. Whenever you need somthing, hit it and open up your bag, so you don’t loose much time. Give your different bag parts an order or an herachy, so you’ll fing everything easier. You also should lern to diced which items you need and which one can sell.  Anything you cannot give away, or sell to other players, should be sold to the merchants.

Some items (futur upgrades) have a level requirement above your current level. So you have to wait until you level up before ou can use them.

Use the bank to store items. This will free up space in your bags. Store anything that you are not using or that you’re unlikely to use.
